Estuario del Plata is an aquaculture enterprise dedicated to the breeding of sturgeon for meats and caviar. A fish farm located at the Rincón del Bonete Reservoir on the River Negro, with a production capability of 10 tons of caviar and 700 tons of sturgeon meat per year.
The sturgeon’s whole breeding cycle takes place here, from spawn to final fattening with our self-produced feed, and the latest technology to guarantee the perfect natural nutritional balance for each and every step of the breeding.
